State of Calamity

The Philippines, still recovering from Typhoon Ondoy and Super Typhoon Pepeng, which brought the most devastating floods in the last 40 years, stormed through areas of the country.  In one week, the typhoons caused over 750 deaths, displaced hundreds of thousands of people, and resulted in $7 million in damages. Ondoy’s total rainfall was 410mm, while Hurricane Katrina’s was 380mm in New Orleans. The archipelago is faced with Typhoon Ramil, scheduled to arrive this week.

One of my JKD Instructors Jeremy Lynch will be conducting a Seminar to our Legacy Students. Below is clip of him demonstrating the scoop kick.
He has the most powerful side kick I have ever felt in my life. His meticulous teaching style is so detailed that I wouldn’t even need to see him demonstrate moves. I could perform the moves from his words alone.
