Curriculum

Classes are kept small to provide the students with the individual attention needed to progress.  The number of students in each adult class is 6 maximum.

Kali (Filipino Martial Arts)
We focus on the individual and advise for you to take what works for you as an individual. We instruct you on the arts and understand that everyone has unique physical characteristics, so you will develop your own physical expression of the arts. Our Martial Arts Classes consists of Pangamot (Excellent with the Hands) Valencia Lameco Escrima and we integrate Silat, Muay Thai, and various arts.

Kali consists of

Stick/Baton
Knife
Bladed Weapons
grappling techniques
joint cranks/wrenches
takedowns
chokes
sweeps
throws
pressure point strikes
Long Range (kicks)
Medium Range (hand strikes and kicks)
Close Range (knees and elbows)

Kali Warriors (Kids Class)
We have a great Kids Program!!!!

Children will learn:
Punching and Kicking
Punching Combos (Boxing)
Kickboxing (Muay Thai)
Submission
Kali (Filipino Martial Arts includes weaponry)

All while increasing confidence, respect level, coordination, fitness, flexibility, stamina, morals, accountability

Imagine Yoga Kids

Imagine Yoga Kids is for children ages 3-9yrs using story telling, adventures, music, and games. Children learn how to do yoga in a fun, supportive, non-competitive environment. Call 909-568-1800

FMA Cardio and Fitness
Looking for something new? FMACF is a great class to get in shape with. Think of it as Cardio Kickboxing but with Filipino Martial Arts. So you get in shape while learning the movements of “Kali”.

Seniors Self Defense and Filipino Martial Arts

55 years and up can enjoy a safe and great environment to workout and learn “Kali”

Women Self Defense
Classes will instruct Women on self-offense to avoid encounters, techniques that may be used if ever in an encounter.

Law Enforcement (Police, Military, Security)

Wheelchair users (Fitness and Martial Arts)

We provide classes for Wheelchair users that are interested in maintaining fitness and learning “Kali”. Please contact us if interested to attend.
